Intellectual wellbeing, as I understand it, involves engaging in creative and stimulating mental activities, continuous learning, and maintaining curiosity about the world. For instance, I read certain types of books, follow a couple educational platforms, practice meditation, upgrade my skillset. How do you integrate some of the practices into your daily life? The practice of mantra has long been associated with spiritual healing. Mantras can be used to focus your mind, increase your concentration, and calm your emotions. In my recent chapter in Hatha yoga study, I learnt about three types of Mantra. 1. Beej (Seed) : The beej mantra correlate to the 7 chakras and to the main Hindu dieties. (I listen/practice this one) 2. Saguna : deity mantras because they on the form of the divine/god in order to manifest their power 3. Nirguna : considered the oldest mantra, this one is difficult to interpret. This one is recommended for more advanced students as they are not only difficult but can also be difficult to concentrate on. ###
